Herbal First Aid with Briel Beaty of the Pennsylvania School of Herbalism- In this class you will learn about fast acting herbal remedies to consider for your first aid kit. We will also discuss how to prepare an herbal first aid kit tailored to you and your family and what categories of herbs best fit your needs. Learn about Activated Charcoal, Barberry, Arnica, Clove, Lobelia and many more!
Nourish and Restore Your Core with Jennifer McCormick  A herbal approach for digestive health Your digestive system is the foundation for your health. From immunity and energy to mood and inflammation, a balanced gut supports nearly every aspect of your health. In this class, you will explore how traditional herbal medicine can gently and effectively support digestion, soothe inflammation, and restore balance to the gut. You’ll leave with practical tools, herbal insights, and simple strategies you can begin using right away to support your digestive system naturally. If you are experiencing digestive discomfort, looking to strengthen your gut health, or wanting to deepen your knowledge of herbal medicine this class is for you. Come ready to nourish and restore your core.

Botany 101 with Briel Beaty of the Pennsylvania School of Herbalism – Ever wanted to learn how to identify plants? Then this class if for you, we will learn the basics of Botany in a hands on way. Learning to pay attention to the plant details, leaf margins, flower parts and types, the way the plant emerges from the ground and more! We will also learn the basics of using a dichotomous key for identification. Towards the end of our session we will do a botany scavenger hunt!

Kitchen Herbalism with Briel Beaty of the Pennsylvania School of Herbalism – Did you know the herbs in your kitchen have medicinal properties!? We will learn all about these medicinal actions as well as how to incorporate more herbs into your daily food routines.
